Our screening process

If your skills match the job requirements we will call you for a short phone screen. Depending on the outcome of the phone interview, your resume may be short listed and passed on to the hiring manager recruiting for the role. The hiring manager may decide whether or not to invite you for an interview in person.

What style of interview should I expect?

We use behaviour-based interviews. You may be asked questions designed to show previous patterns of accomplishments relevant to the role. You can usually expect to attend two rounds of interviewing.

Reference checks

You may be asked to provide two recent referees who can comment on your work behaviour. The reference check interview is also based on the behavioural interviewing. You may also be required to attend a medical examination.

Offer of employment

If you are offered the position we will send you a written offer of employment including the letter of offer and employment contract.
