David Armstrong
Chair, Board of Directors
David Armstrong is a Non-Executive Director of IAG and Chair of its Audit Committee and member of the Risk Committee. He is also Chairman of the Opera Australia Capital Fund.
David has more than 30 years’ experience in professional services as a Chartered Accountant and former partner of PwC. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
David joined the Board in October 2014 and is the current Chair.
